On behalf of the Ministry for Resources & Rural Affairs (Malta) and the Royal Norwegian Embassy, MIEMA organised a bilateral seminar on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy on the 27th October 2009. The seminar was aimed at bringing together high profile Norwegian companies and local experts to set the scene for discussions that could potentially lead to future collaboration.
