The general objective of the NEW FINANCE project is to increase the confidence of public building owners and private investors to overcome the barriers in financing energy efficiency measures at local and regional levels. The project will take a step towards making energy efficiency investment easier by assisting key decision makers from the public and finance sector to find and apply working strategies for mobilisation of private funding and better use of European funding.
The project focuses on effective replication and smart networking activities equally involving stakeholders from the public and private sector whilst capitalizing on a number of previous and ongoing similar initiatives.
