STEPPING Project – Networking Dinner
MIEMA is hosting the 2ndSteering Committee Meeting for the STEPPING project in Malta, on the 28thand 29thSeptember, 2017. As part of this event, it is organising a networking dinner for around 20 persons on the 28thSeptember, at 20:00 hrs. MIEMA is therefore inviting restaurants which can cater for this number of persons to submit a quotation for such a dinner. The quotation (per person) should cover a typical dinner menu with alternative options for starters, first course, main course and dessert. Beverages will be paid separately (on order).
Quotations are to reach MIEMA either by post or by email (info@miema.org), or they may be deposited in the tender box during office hours before the 19thof September, 2017, at 12:00 noon. Any request for clarifications or queries should be made by email before the 15thof September, 17:00 hrs.
The cheapest compliant offer shall be selected. MIEMA may, at its own discretion, decide not to select any proposal, even the most advantageous offer.
